Services are subject to provider availability and location coverage.
3. User Responsibilities
By using MyPaw, you agree to:

- Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments

4. Payments and Refunds
All services must be prepaid through the app. Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable. MyPaw reserves the right to refuse refunds if misuse is suspected.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. MyPaw collects only the information necessary to provide services and does not sell your personal data. All data is securely stored and handled in compliance with standard privacy regulations.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
MyPaw reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users who:

- Engage in abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior
- Attempt to exploit or defraud the platform
We may take legal action in cases of severe violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyPaw is a platform that connects users with independent service providers. We are not liable for:
- Injuries or accidents involving pets
- Delays, cancellations, or misconduct by service providers
- Damage or loss resulting from user or third-party actions
Use of the app is at your own risk.

These terms may be updated at any time. When changes are made, we will notify users via the app or email. Continued use of MyPaw after changes means you accept the updated terms.
